This Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use govern your use of web sites and services owned and operated by Stacklet LLC.

Changes To Subscriber Agreement
We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time by notifying you of the change electronically (by email using the email address attached to your account). The changes also will appear on this page. You signify that you agree to be bound by such changes by using a Service after changes are made to this Agreement.

Privacy and Account Information
Registration data and other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords used to access the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your personal information on the Service. You agree to update your email address on your User Account page so we can continue to contact you and send any required notices. If you fail to notify us promptly of a change to your contact information, then any notice we send to your old email address shall be deemed sufficient notice.

Cost
You agree to pay the subscription fees for a Service (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. When your subscription period is over, your access to restricted content will expire until you have re-subscribed at the rates in effect during resubscription. Any change of the fees and charges will not affect active subscriptions. All payments will be made through one of our approved third-party payment processors. Subscription fees must be paid in full in order to start your subscription.

Renewal
Your subscription will NOT renew automatically. At the end of your subscription period, access to the Service will be denied until you resubscribe. We may provide notice (by email and with your consent, using the email address attached to your account) in advance of expiration to allow uninterrupted resubscription.

Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription with a partial refund. Please contact us through the web site with your cancellation request. We will respond within two business days. Access to subscriber areas will be terminated after cancellation.

Limitations
Subscriber shall use the Web site and content for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to a Service without refund if, in our opinion, your use of the Service may violate any laws, regulations or rulings or violate the terms of this Agreement.
Content and downloadable files are provided to the subscriber for their own personal or organizational use.

We may link to web sites or services from third parties. You agree that we are not responsible for those web sites or services.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF, THE WEB SITES, SERVICES, CONTENT AND DOWNLOADS IS ON AN “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the Services.
