Guidelines

  1. Please make sure the email address in your user profile is accurate; the ticketing system relies on email for communication.
  2. If your issue relates to a specific file (eg a downloaded template) please fill out the Identification section
  3. Download pages frequently have "Notes" that describe how to use the file or special warnings. Make sure you have read the relevant notes before opening an issue. SolusVM Xen PV users are encouraged to read this HOWTO if you are having problems booting a VPS since this is almost always a kernel or device name misconfiguration.
  4. Include as much diagnostic information as possible, for instance cut and paste exact error messages.
  5. Finally, do not enter multiple, distinct issue on one ticket. Open a ticket for each problem you are having. Thanks
